From the gas station at the entrance to Grand Lake,  head south on Highway 34 towards Granby; measure 1.6 miles. Just as you pass Road 466 on your right, this land is on your left/ lakeside. If you get to the overhead sign which says "The Harbor", you have gone about 200 feet too far. Trail Ridge Marina is a half mile south, so coming from Granby, this land is about 14.5 miles north on Highway 34, the second driveway past the overhead sign which says The Harbor, on your right.
