Aspen covered Lake View site features views across Lake Granby to the snow-capped mountains! 7 minutes south of Grand Lake & Rocky Mountain National Park. The aspen were golden last fall.

Borders Soda Springs on the south side. Easy, fairly level site with easy access year round from county maintained Road 4391 on the north side. Drill a well for water; public sewer is in the road; tap in for $10,700. and run your line to the main. About a mile to Beacon Landing Marina for renting boats - just down Road 64, across Highway 34 from your land. On the way, in about a half mile, is a popular lake access for fishing and/or lounging by the water.
