Directions:  7/10 of a mile south of the Conoco at the entrance to Grand Lake, take sharp right/ west onto the slant Road 47. These are all county plowed roads so you will have easy access, year round. Follow it as it curves to the left and then right, and then take the 90 degree turn, staying on 47 and passing Road 471 on your right. Your destination is the third left and this is the third property on your left. (If you had kept going straight into the unplowed area, you would have been on the Recreation District lands! It is that close.)
