Imagine owning over 8 acres of lush green land in the Trail Creek area with a cool mountain creek running through both sides of the property. The parcel is bordered on the north by 450 acres, much of which has been designated as a conservation easement and consequently will be protected from future development.  Easy access to National Forest for snowmobiling, ATV's, dirt biking...or simply going for a pleasant hike.  Also, just a short drive to a public boat launch on Lake Granby. ..

The building site, about a quarter of an acre, is to the right as you enter the property; do you see the big triangle on the survey map, along the right hand side? There appears to be plenty of room for your home and garage. Plan to keep the well at one end and the septic system & leach field at the other; the sanitation code requires at least 100 feet between the two.  Located six miles south of Grand Lake, then 5 miles west of Lake Granby, just off Road 41.  Please contact us for the detailed presentation first. Directions
Your destination, Road 41, is 6 miles south of Grand Lake & Rocky Mountain National Park, the next right after Stillwater Boat Launch. Coming from Granby, it is about 11 miles north on Highway 34; you will turn left, just before Stillwater Boat Launch.

Look at your odometer and go 5 miles down Road 41. At that point, you reach a fork in the road. Road 412 goes to the right, uphill. You want to stay to the left and in a couple of hundred feet, turn left onto Road 4115/ Pine Ridge Road. In a couple of hundred feet, do not curve to the left like Road 4115 does. You are already on the property at this point, so you keep going straight, on 4116, driving through the land. Referring to the map, you enter the property on the right where the 3 lines are side by side and drive to the far end. (Ballpark, without measuring, it looks like you drive along about 1,000 feet to the far end.)
