2,000 feet bordering the Rocky Mountain National Park, 1,000 feet of frontage along the North Inlet Stream and 2,000 feet of frontage on the Tonahutu Stream on this peaceful 52 acres near the east end of Grand Lake Village!  Close enough to walk in to shops and restaurants if you are feeling energetic. Seller is in the process of dividing the land into three parcels and Grand County says they would support a higher density (although creating more than three would cause you to need an augmentation plan for water). Access is at the end of Tonahutu Drive, just off Tunnel Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 5, Township 3 North, Range 75 W.  R309200   $3,500,000

  • This is the North Inlet Valley! From your private access, hike the trail on the left all the way up over Flattop Mountain and the Continental Divide. Most of the lower half of the photo is the property.
  • 1,000 feet of frontage on both sides of the North Inlet Stream.
  • Distant views of the East Inlet valley, with the stream and a choice building site in the foreground.
  • The Town of Grand Lake and the lakes are just over the glacial moraine.
  • Almost everything (except for the houses) from the stream forward in this aerial photo plus the hill in the center are on the property. Flattop Mountain is at the top of the valley in the distance.
  • Lots of water and grazing for both the wild and domesticated animals. The North Inlet Trail can be seen near the center of the photo near the bottom of the hill.
  • From a high point, one can bark at the moon. Town and the lakes are off to the southwest.
  • The North Inlet trail in the National Park is on the other side of the distant buck-rail fence.
  • This would be an expansive site with lots of room for a large ranch style home and outbuildings. The site overlooks the river at a horseshoe bend that can be seen in the aerial photos.
  • This is another fine building site overlooking the river at the upstream end of the property.
