From Grand Lake: Seven miles down Highway 34 from Grand Lake, just south of Highland Marina, turn towards the lake onto Road 640;  this is on your left.
 
Coming from Granby, look at your odometer after you turn off Highway 40 onto 34. You are driving 9-10 miles. Slow down as you pass the Indian Peaks Marina that looks like a ship. In almost a half mile, take the second right, onto Road 640. Drive past the affordable housing and turn left. As that road curves around to the right,  this property is straight ahead, just over a block away. You will see our green for sale arrow before the road curves to the right again where the homes are valued at close to 2 million. Pass the arrow and park down closer to the home; there are easily 2, maybe 3 spaces.  You can exit by following the lower road, which is privately maintained. It rejoins the circular Road 640 at the end. When you first arrive, instead of going inside, follow the fence along the right hand side all the way down the wide stairs to the beach.
